The Rose Reserve Parfums

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how The Rose Reserve Parfums handles information when you browse our fragrance catalog, save a basket, submit an order, or contact us through therosereserveparfums.com.

Information collected

The checkout form does not ask for your payment password, bank account number, or payment card number. Payments take place separately through your selected payment provider. Please do not enter sensitive financial credentials or unrelated sensitive personal information in order notes.

How information is used

We use order and communication information to verify payments, prepare and ship orders, send confirmations and shipping updates, answer questions, handle order issues, and maintain order, inventory, and accounting records. Website analytics help us understand use of the storefront and identify problems. We do not send marketing emails to the email address supplied for an order.

Google services and Google user data

The business owner authorizes Google Apps Script to operate the store's Google-based backend. It reads catalog and operational records, writes customer and order records in Google Sheets, uses Google Drive for business files such as catalog images, and sends transactional email through Google's email services.

Customers do not need to connect their own Google accounts to place an order. The storefront does not request access to a customer's private Google Drive files, Gmail mailbox, or other Google account content. Order details that customers submit are processed and stored using the business's Google services.

Google user data accessed through the backend is used for the store functions described here. The Rose Reserve Parfums' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Access to this information is limited to operating the store, providing support, fulfilling orders, and meeting applicable obligations.

Service providers and external links

Other information may be disclosed when necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements or to address fraud, security issues, or disputes. Links to Facebook, TikTok, payment services, and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.

Cookies, analytics, and saved baskets

The storefront uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and shopping interactions. Analytics cookies and similar identifiers may be used. The site's event-tracking code sends shopping information, such as item type, size, counts, totals, and discount amounts; it is not configured to send checkout names, email addresses, addresses, or order notes as analytics event fields. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the storefront configuration.

Automatic basket saving stores selected item identifiers and sizes in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days after the last basket edit. It does not store your name, email address, shipping address, payment details, or a previously quoted price. A separate session-storage entry holds a submission identifier and a hash of an order payload to help avoid duplicate submissions; it does not store the full order form.

A saved basket is specific to the same website and browser on your device. Emptying the basket or successfully submitting an order clears its saved items. Clearing website data also removes them. Browser settings can restrict cookies, local storage, or analytics scripts; some convenience features may then be unavailable.

Storage, retention, and security

Business records, including orders and communications, are kept for fulfillment, customer service, accounting, and dispute handling, and as needed for applicable recordkeeping obligations. Browser basket retention is described above. Hosting, analytics, email, payment, and shipping providers apply their own storage and retention practices.

The storefront uses HTTPS, and the connection to the Apps Script bridge uses a shared secret to authenticate requests. No online system can guarantee complete security. The owner and the service providers involved in operating the store process information as necessary for the functions described here.

Your requests and choices

You may contact therosereserveparfums@gmail.com to ask about information associated with your order or to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for outstanding orders, disputes, or applicable obligations; requests will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements. You can also manage website cookies and stored baskets through your browser's settings.

Policy updates

We may update this page as the store or its services change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Contact us using the email address above with any privacy questions.
