The Rose Reserve Parfums offers genuine fragrances hand decanted into travel sizes for sampling and travel. The following store policies apply to orders placed through this website. Please review the items, sizes, totals, shipping details, and any item-specific notices before submitting an order.
Use the checkout's shipping-address fields for your delivery address. The existing payment policy below refers to the Order Notes box; that wording comes from the earlier order form. You may use the notes field for additional delivery instructions.
Payment and order issues
Payment via PayPal Friends and Family, Venmo, or Zelle is required immediately upon order submission. If you use the order form, please make sure to add your shipping address into the Order Notes box and the name displayed on your payment method of choice so I can verify the payment was received. If you need non FF payment, please reach out on facebook or at therosereserveparfums@gmail.com BEFORE placing an order. An additional fee will apply.
Your email address is required on the order form so I can send your shipping information directly to your email for you. Don't worry, I will not send you any marketing emails!

Orders are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE unless there is an issue with your order such as damage, lost mail items (which will require USPS insurance claim), or other unexpected qualified reasons determined by me. I reserve the right to require an return or exchange instead of a refund in some cases, as well as the right to refuse a refund or return request for any reason. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to me immediately at one of the above contact methods with as much information as possible including photos of the item, box, and anything else relevant to your request. Any refund or return requests must be submitted to me within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.
Shipping
Everything is shipped from Colorado to CONUS (continental USA)
Shipping to AK/HI/APO/PR addresses possible at additional cost - please message me. Unfortunately I cannot ship international due to HAZMAT restrictions.
All orders will be shipped USPS HAZMAT ground in a box.
Free shipping at $60 to CONUS. Flat $7 shipping for CONUS orders below $60. Insurance is included on all orders.
I take photos when packing orders and will send them to you for verification of package contents and final shipping label check for accuracy. Please be sure to verify and approve them ASAP so I can get your package out promptly!
I require up to 2 business days to prepare your decants, then will ship on the 3rd day. In some cases, the turnaround may be faster or in rare instances it may be slower. If that is the case, I will reach out to you directly with information.
Coming Soon items
The "COMING SOON" designation indicates that the bottle has been ordered and is on the way to me. In most cases, I should receive the order within 2 weeks, but that depends on the individual item. Please use caution when ordering COMING SOON items because I cannot guarantee a time frame, but will keep you informed on expected delivery date. Once received, your order will be prepared and shipped within 3 business days as usual. Please feel free to reach out to me at one of the contact methods above for more information on specific fragrances. Please note that if something happens and I do not receive the COMING SOON item (for example, it's damaged or lost in transit) - I will offer you the option of a full refund to your payment method for that individual item or the option to wait for a replacement to arrive if applicable.
Decant information
All decants are measured with syringes that are used only for the single specific fragrance - never reused so there will never be cross contamination and muddled scents. Plus, with exact measurements you can rest assured that you will get the exact amount you pay for!
I use triple layer thermal labels for my bottles so no more faded labels you have to squint just right to make out.
All bottles big and small have a thin layer of parafilm (a special type of wrap used in labs to cover test tubes as well as in tree grafting - it is air and liquid tight and non-wicking!) around the threads, so your decant will not leak or evaporate unless the top is unscrewed.
I offer GLASS 2ml/5ml/10ml/15ml spray decant bottles and 1ml dabbers on some of the more expensive, rare, or specialty fragrances, as well as a FREE 1ml dabber decant of your choice (within a slightly limited selection) on orders $80 or more, plus a second FREE 1ml dabber on orders $120 or more! 10ml cylindrical bottles are made of extra thick glass so they can stand up to more abuse than the flimsy plastic or thin glass ones you often see - even directly from the brands themselves! My 15ml bottles are also thick glass and have a rectangular shape for those who don't like the cylindrical wand style or want something that blends in on the shelf a little better. Please see the below links for photos of my bottle options!
All orders are packed with care with a very special rose theme that includes small foam roses, a large waterproof easy-peel vinyl floral sticker (stick this anywhere, even on your water bottle!), testing strips, and a handwritten thank you card because I really appreciate you choosing me over all of the other decanter options out there. Thank you so much!

Splits
Splits do not count toward free dabbers and are excluded from all sales and promos. All decants in an order containing a split ship together when the split bottle arrives. If you would like other decants sooner, please place a separate order.
Split selections are subject to the size prices, status, and remaining volume shown in the catalog. Availability is checked when your order is submitted.
Prices, promotions, and free dabbers
Prices and available sizes are shown in the catalog and basket. Only one promo code may be applied per order. Individual sales and promo codes may have dates, minimums, size or item exclusions, and other conditions; the basket shows whether a code applies. Splits are excluded from sales, promos, and free-dabber thresholds, but count toward the free-shipping threshold.
Eligible orders unlock one free 1ml dabber at $80 and a second at $120 from the offered selection. Review the basket for the qualifying merchandise total, current discounts, and your freebie selections.
